The Review Process

Last updated: October 18, 2025

Review processes in Flow are simple and lightweight. Any requirement can be put under change review simply by going into the requirement's details pane and adding a reviewer from the list of project members.

If a change is made by any project member to a requirement that is under change review, the reviewer will get a notification linking straight into the relevant requirement.

There will also be a tag applied to the requirement so all project members can see that there are changes taking place to a given requirement and its contents should be treated with caution.

The reviewer of the requirement will see a blue banner in the details pane of the requirement with two options in it:

  • See changes

  • Review

Clicking See changes toggles the requirement details between showing the state of the requirement before the change was made and afterwards.

Clicking Review gives the options accepting the change and committing it down into the database (the details of the change are written into the change history), or dismissing the change which will return the requirement to its original state.
